My vitality porridge provides a nutritious hot start to your day or a healthy snack anytime. My unique blend of 7 grains and 5 seeds ensures a superior nutritional mix of divine creaminess and crunch. Chia seeds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, linseeds, and more combine with British grains, quinoa flakes and buckwheat flakes to make this a sublime porridge. Add fresh berries to top or a dash of cinnamon for extra spice and warmth.
How we like it:
I soak mine overnight to soften the grains and turn the whole mix in to a gentle but nutritional packed power house of a porridge. I make it with 50/50 water and goats milk and cook in a pan. I then top with fresh cold goats milk.
Sophia takes hers to boarding school where she adds hot milk in the winter months to keep her going until lunchtime.
